2.蛋糕每單位30兩~40兩使用1~2g。 <br />
3.操作時將酵素均勻溶於液體中,再倒入麵粉中效果更佳。<br />
4.牛軋糖使用量為總重量1kg用5g,添加在奶粉中。(成品好切割、不黏牙)。</span></p>
